Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to the most common issues users face when using TeleMint.


1. Permission Error (500 Internal Server Error)

If you see a "500 Error" or a white screen immediately after installation, it is usually a permission issue with the Laravel folders.

Solution: Run the following commands in your project root directory:

chmod -R 775 storage
chmod -R 775 bootstrap/cache
 

2. "License Invalid" Error

This usually happens when you try to use the same license key on a new domain while it is still active on another one.

Solution

  • Uninstall the script from the old domain first (if possible).
  • If the old domain is deleted or inaccessible, please contact support to reset your license key manually.
